We provide pond maintenance from a one-off visit to regular visits dependant on the needs of your fish, plants and equipment. We can visit your home, place of work, business or care home.

Need to empty your pond and re-home your fish? Can’t keep your pond due to health reasons? Moving home? We can empty your pond for you and re-home your fish. We will come to assess your pond and give you a quote to empty and move the inhabitants, we maintain many ponds for customers who are un-able to care for them themselves and will often re-home the fish to these ponds. Many of our customers will even let you come and visit the fish once they have been moved.

We are now Cloverleaf Certified to identify fish disease and parasites, during the visit we will scrape a couple of your fish to identify the problem. With our new microscope we will be able to show you on a live screen exactly what the problem is, be able to identify what the cause is and be able to provide you with a solution. Screenshots and videos can be sent to you on request of the results. Fish scrapes within 15 miles of ME12 3AA are £45, mileage is charged at 45p per mile outside of this area.

Emergency & One-Off Visits

Initial cleans will be charged at an hourly rate of £65 per hour, 2 of our maintenance staff will come during this time as initial visits can take more cleaning than regular maintenance visits.

Emergency visits are charged at £65 per hour between the hours of 9am-5pm. Visits outside these hours are charged at time and a half. Visits on Bank Holidays and National Holidays will be charged at double time regardless of the time of day.

Although we endeavour to respond to calls as soon as possible it is not always possible to come straight away, we will attend as soon as we have the staff to do so. Advice will be given over the phone or a video call to attain what to do in the interim.
